Rashiem dedicated his career to law enforcement in 2017 when he started working for the Norfolk Sheriff's Office as a deputy in the City jail system.  He advanced his career further by becoming a police officer with the City of Hampton Police Division in 2020. Finding his dream job as a law enforcement officer, Rashiem has flourished in his career.

Rashiem is now a deputy with Isle of Wight Sheriff's Office.  He is passionate about mental health and resilience within the LEO profession.  He is a confidant and trusted peer to his colleagues.  He as completed Crisis Intervention Team certification, and is working towards being a C.I.T. trainer so he can bring better understanding of mental health issues to his peers.

Rashiem enjoys helping others, and is always ready to lend an ear to his fellow LEOs.
