Our peer team members volunteer their time to provide support when and where you need it. Each team member is an active or retired first responder, and has experience supporting the disciplines listed below their picture. Our goal is to help facilitate the resources you need most right now. You can reach out knowing that your conversations are confidential as required by law, and are not reported to your agency or chain of command.
Our peers have been trained in the unique challenges that come with first responder jobs. We know where you are because we've been there, too. Reach out to any of us whenever you need help.

Any team member will be happy to support your request, regardless of their background, present role, first responder discipline, or experience. If you want to connect with a specific team member, just let us know. We will be sure to coordinate and connect you to the most appropriate resources to address your immediate need.
Your communication with peer team members is kept confidential as required by law. We do not get paid to provide peer support, and are not acting as a representative of our agencies when we speak with you. There is no "rank" when you interact with a peer. We are all on the same level, and seniority does not apply when you reach out to us. We do not report any of our interactions to your superiors, or any agency, except where may be required by law.
